KNOW ALL MEN BY 'rHESE PRESENTS, That I, Harry E. Rummel, of
Plainfield, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind.
memory and understanding. do make, publish and declare this my last
Wil~ and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1. I direct my hereinafter named Executrix to pay my just
debts. my funeral expenses and the expenses incident to the adminis-
tration of my estate, as soon as convenient after my death.
ITEM 2. In the event my beloved wife, Anna M. Rummel, survives
me, I give, devise and bequeath to her all the rest, residue and re-
mainder of the estate of which I die seized, be the same real, personal
or mixed and wheresoever situate at the time of my death, and I also
appoint my said wife the Executrix of my estate.
ITEM 3. In the event my wife, Anna M. Rummel, should predecease
me, I appoint Farmers Trust Company. Carlisle, Pennsylvania, the Executor
of my estate and I also give, devise and bequeath my entire residuary
estate to said Farmers Trust Company, IN TRUST, nevertheleas, for the
sole use and benefit of my four (4) children. to wit. Betty A. Rummel
born December, 1960, Brenda L. Rummel born December, 1961, Bonnie L.
RUllrnel born March 1965, and Harry E. Rummel, Jr., born October 1968.
ITEM 4. The trust created by this Will shall be administered
by Farmers Trust Company in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania and said Trustee shall have all the rights and be subject
to all of the restrictions and penalties of a trustee as provided by the
laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The Trustee shall use the income and so much of the principal of
said trust fund as the Trustee believes is reasonably required for the
support and maintenance of my said children.
As each of my said children attain the age of twenty-one (21) years,
he or she shall receive his or her full share of accrued income and
principal of said trust. The remainder of the trust shall continue
to be held ih' trust' so that the ent
