LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARGARET S. KINNEY
I, MARGARET S. KINNEY, of the Township of Upper
Allen, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being
of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do
make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at
any time ~eretofore made.
l.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and
funeral expenses as soon after my decease as the same can
conveniently be done.
2.
I give, devise and bequeath my solitaire diamond
ring, and the diamond ring given me by my mother, to my
daughter, MARY COLLEEN KINNEY, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsyl-
vania.
3.
To each of my four children, I give the right to
select such items of personalty as each may desire from the
furnishings in my house, as the same exist at the time of
my death.
4.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate
shall be divided equally among my children, to wit, MICHAEL
JOHN KINNEY, THOMAS A. KINNEY, ROBERT F. KINNEY, and MARY
COLLEEN KINNEY. In the event any of my children predecease
me, or die within thirty (30) days of my death, then the
share of said deceased child shall pass to the surviving

leading trom Mechanicsburg to U.s. Route 15 (state Highway No.
114), which said point is in the division lins between Lots No.1

direction, by the arc ot a circle curving to the right, said

and Margaret S. Kinney a/k/a Shirley Kinney, his wite. The said
