LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, I. VIRGINIA ELLIOTT, a reaiden t of Cumberland Coun ty.
Pennsylvania. being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do make, publish and declsre this to be my LAST WILL
snd TESTAMENT, hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils
previoualy made by me.
I
I direct that my debts snd funersl expenses be paid as soon
after my death as is practicable by my Executrix out of my
residuery estate, but not from any sssets, funds, desth benefits
or insurance proceeds which are otherwise excludable or exempt from
my gross estate for federsl estate valuation or tax purppses.
III
I direct that sll estste, succession, legscy, inheritance
or other transfer taxes, however designated that shall become
payable by reason of my death in respect of all property comprising
my gross estate for death tax purposes, whether or not such
property passes under this LAST WILL, shall be paid by my Executrix
out of my residuary estate, but not from any assets, funds, death
benefits or insurance proceeds which sre otherwise excludable or
exempt from my gross eatate for federal estate valuetion or tex
purposes.
IV
I give, devise and bequeath to HELEN V. LEBO en option to
purchase my home at 428 W. Keller Street, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvsnia for the sum of TEN THOUSAND ($10,000.00) DOLLARS.
V
I give and bequeath the Bum of TEN THOUSAND ($10,000.00)
DOLLARS to my sister, A. KATHRYN MORRET, per capita.

All the rest, residue and remainder ot my property, whether
real or personal, wherever situate, including any property over
which I may have a power ot appointment, I give, devise, and
bequeath to ANNABEL E. ENCK and HELEN V. LEBO, in equal shares, per
capita.

I nominate, constitute and appoint ANNABEL E. ENCK and HELEN
V. LEBO as Co-Executrix of this LAST WILL, to serve without bond.
If either ANNABEL or HELEN is unable or unwilling to act in that
capacity, then the other may act alone as Executrix.
VIII
I direct that upon my death, I be cremated.
