I, OOROTHYJ. HOOVER, of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and
all former Wills by ms at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my death as may be convenient to my Exe-
cutor hereinafter named.
2. I, give and bequeath my diamond engagement ring unto
my, grandson, Cra~g R. Hoover.
3. I give and bequeath my white gold diamond ring, my
diamond wrist watch and my sapphire and diamond necklace unto my
,grandda)o1ghter, Stacey Lee Hoover.
4. I give and bequeath my sapphire and diamond ri!'Jog and
sapphire bracelet unto my daughter-in-law, Sandra Hoover.
5. In the event either of the foregoing beneficiaries is
a minor at the time of my death, I appoint the parents or survi-
ving parent of said minor to be the Guardian of the property be-
queathed to the minor during his or her minority, without bond.
6. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and
bequeath unto my husband, Harris R. Hoover, if he survi" , me.
7. Should my husband, Harris R. Hoover, fail tu liurvive
me, I dispose as follows I
A. I, give and bequeath the family heirlooms,
consisting of coffee table, leaf card table, old
china and two straight chairs with upholstered
seats, unto my son, James R. Hoover,
B. All the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate, I give, devise and bequeath unto my
sons, James R. Hoover and Russell N. Hoover,
share and share alike.
