LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, LAWRENCE II. SPERO, of the Borough of Shippensburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do
make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament. hereby revoking
all prior wills and codicils made at any time before by me.
FIRST. I direct that all my funeral expenses be paid as soon ss

practicable after my death.
SECOND. I direct that I be buried in the plot which I own at Spring
lIill Cemetary in the Borough of Shippensburg.
THIRD. I nominate and appoint my said wife, ESTHER W. SPERO, as the
Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament, and should she be unable to
serve, and in that event I nominate and appoint WILLIAM SPERO as the Executor
of this, my Last Will and Testament.
FOURTII. I give. devise and bequeath all my estate, real, personal or
mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, to my wife, ESTIIER W. SPERO.
FIFTII. If my said, wife should predecease me or if we should die in a
common disaster, then, in either of those said events I direct that the above
named Executor give, devise, and bequeath the sum of $500.00 to the UNITED
BRETIIERN CHURCH of Prince Street, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.
SIXTH. I give, devise and bequeath the rest and residue of my estate
to my brothers and or sisters in equal shares to share and share alike per
capita.
