LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, EVIE MAE LONSBERRY, of the Town of canisteo, in the
County of Steuben, and state of New York, being of sound mind
and memorYt do make, publish and declare this my LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT, in the manner following, that is to saYl
FIRST, I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid.
SECOND, All the rest, residue and remainder of my
property, of whatever kind and nature and wheresoever situatet
I give, devise and bequeath to my childrent LECLERE LONSBERRY,
KEITH LONSBERRY, DOLORES TUNING, and NATALIE PEBBLESt in equal
shares.
In the event any of my children shall predecease me, his
or her share shall lapse and shall pass to my children
surviving at the time of my death.
LASTLY, I hereby appoint my son, LECLERE LONSBERRY,
executor of this my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, with full power
and authority to sell and convey t lease or mortgage real
estate I and further direct that such executor shall not be
required to furnish a bond or other security I hereby revoking
all former wills by me made.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name
the 1st day of May, 1992.

TESTAMEN'., in the manner following, that is to say:
FIRST, I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid.
SECOND, All the restt residue and remainder of my
property, of whatever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,
I givet devise and bequeath to my children, LECLERE LONSBERRY,
KEITH LONSBERRYt DOLORES TUNING, and NATALIE PEBBLESt in equal
shares.
In the event any of my children shall predecease me, his
or her share shall lapse and shall pass to my children
surviving at the time of my death.
LASTLY, I hereby appoint my son, LECLERE LONSBERRY,
executor of this my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, with full power
and authority to sell and convey, lease or mottgage real
estate 1 and further direct that such executor shall not be
required to furnish a bond or other security 1 hereby revoking
all former wills by me made.
