I, THELMA F. nSllliLMAN, of the Borough of Shiremanstown,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and
testament and revoke all wills which I have previously mode.
I I give and bequeath to my son, Lester n. Bshelman,
such articles of household furnishings and furniture as he shall select
II I direct my executor hereinafter named to convert
into cash and sell at either public or private sole the residue of my
personal property and my real property, and after the payment of all
of my just debts and all estate, inheritance, transfer and succession
taxes becoming due by reason of my death, I dispose of the residue
of my estate as follows:
A. I give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand
($5000.00) Dollars unto the Church of God of Allen, Pennsyl
vania, or its successor.
B. I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred
($500.00) Dollars to each of my grandchildren living at
the time of my decease, to be deposited in a savings
account or similar investment in the name of said grandchil
until said grandchild attains the age of 21 years.
C. I give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand
($5000.00) Dollars to my son, Lester n. Eshelman, if he
shall survive'me.
D. I give and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate unto The First Bank and Trust Compan
of Mechanicsburg, In Trust, nevertheless to pay to my son,
Lester E. Eshelman, the income therefrom at least quarter-
annually and so much or all of the principal as he shall,
request in writing from time to time, for and during the
term of his natural life, and thereafter to hold the same
in trust for my two grandchildren, in equal shares, to
accumulate the income therefrom until each attains the age
of 21 years, and thereafter to pay to each grandchild the
income, from said share' 'at least: quarter-'annually until the
grandchild attains the age of 30 years, at which time the

Principal and any accumulated income shall be distributed
finally to said grandchild. If either grandchild shall die
prior to final distribution leaving issue to survive, to
hold said share in further trust for said issue until
the issue attains the age of 21 years, and in default
of issue to add the said share to the share of the survivin
grandchild.
III I appoint The First Bank and Trust Company of
Mechanicsburg as Executor of this will, and direct that no bond shall
be required of it either as Executor or as Trustee under this will.
