LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF I. ROMAINE KAUFFMAN
I, I. ROMAINE KAUFFMAN, of the Township of lIampden, county of
CUmberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void
all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1 .
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses
as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease.
2.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal
and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and
bequeath unto my daughter, Joanne R. Cox.
3.
In the event, however, that my said daughter should predecease
me, I direct that my Estate be distributed as follows:
A. I direct that my antique furniture shall not be
sold by my Executrix-hereinafter named, but shall be
given to my grandsons, Jeremy C. Cox and Zachary J. Cox.
B. All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate,
I give and bequeath to the Commonwealth National Bank,
Trustee, in Trust for the following purposes:
(a) To use the net income derived from this
Trust Estate and as much of the principal as is
necessary to provide a college education for my two
grandsons, Jeremy C. Cox and Zachary J. Cox.
(b) When my grandson, Jeremy C. Cox, has reached
the age of twenty-five (25) years, one-half of the
remaining balance of principal and accrued income in
this Trust Estate shall be paid over to him.

(c) When my grandson, Zachary J. Cox, has
reached the age of twenty-five (25) years, the
remaining balance of principal and accrued income
in this Trust Bstate shall be paid over to him.
(d) I direct that the interests of all
beneficiaries in the Trusts hereby created, whether
in the principal or income thereof, shall be free
from liability to attachment or other legal process
issued at the instance of any creditor or assignee
of such beneficiary, and I direct that no payment
shall be made by way of anticipation of sums which
thereafter accrue to any beneficiary.
D. I hereby authorize, empower and direct my Trustees
to sell at public or private sale or sales, and to convey
any real estate which may become a part of the Trust Estate,
and to give good and sufficient deed or deeds for the same.
They shall have sole discretionary authority in this regard
and shall not sell real estate at a sacrifice.
4.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, Joanne n. Cox,
to be the Executrix of this, my Last will and Testament. If she
should predecease me, or for any other reason be unable to act, or
to continue to act, as such Executrix, I appoint the Commonwealth
National Bank to be the Executor in her place and stead. I further
direct that neither of them shall be required to file bond or other
security in the Office of the Register of wills for the purpose of
administering my Estate.
5.
I authorize and empower my personal representative, in her sole
and absolute discretion, to purchase or othe~lise acquire and retain
any investments of which I die seized, or any real or personal pro-
perty of any naturel to sell, lease, pledge, mortgage, transfer,
eXbhange, dispose of, or grant options in regard to any or all
