thirty 1301 ypars, thp Trustpp shall pay to such qrandchild thp

title, free and clear of all trust and without obligation or
liability of the purchaser or purchasers to see to the application
of the purchase money, or to make inquiry into the validity of
said sale or salesl also, to make, execute, acknowledge and
deliver any and all deeds, assignments, options or other writings
which may be necessary or desi rable in carryi ng out any of the
powers conferred upon the Trustee in this paragraph or elsewhere
in this instrument.
D. To mortgage real estate, and to make leases of real
estate, extending beyond the term of the Trusts hereunder.
E. To borrow money from any party, including the
Trustee, to pay indebtedness of a Trust and taxes, and to assign
and pledge assets of a Trust therefor.
F. To pay all costs, taxes, expenses and charges in
connection with the administration of a Trust, including a
reasonable compensation to agents.
G. To assign to and hol d in trust an undivided portion
of any asset.
H. To do all other acts in its judgment deemed
necessary or desirable for the proper and advantageous management,
investment and distribution of the Trusts.

MEMORANDUM
This Memorandum, dated the ..c,o \)"1' day of September, 1989,
sets forth the wishes of the undersigned, Lillian W. McCurdy,
concerning the disposition of certain furniture, furnishings,
household goods, books, jewelry, clothing and other articles of
personal adornment owned by the said Lillian W. McCurdy at the
time of her death.
The undersigned, Lillian W. McCurdy, directs that upon her
death, the following articles of personal property shall be owned
by her Granddaughter, Christine Jennifer McCurdy.
