LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
EVELYN C. SHUEY
I, EVELYN C. SHUEY, of the Borough of Millersville,
Cuunty of Lancaster !lnd Commonwealth of pennsylvania, being of
sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby
make, publish and declare the following to be my Last Will and
Testament and hereby revoke and make void any and all former
testamentary dispositions made by me.
ITEM 1. I order and direct my hereinafter named
Executrix to payout of my estate all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon as can be conveniently done after my decease.
ITEM 2. All estate and inheritance taxes which may
become payable by reason of my death with respect to any property-
comprising my gross estate for tax purposes, whether or not such
property passes under this my Will and whether Federal or State,
with any interest or penalty assessed thereon, shall be paid out
of. the principal of my estate, just as if such taxes were my
debts; and no person shall be required to refund or to reimburse
dny part thereof. Taxes on future interests and remainders may
be prepaid.

ITEM 3. I give, devise and bequeath the old bookcase
with glass front currently located in the living room to CAROL
SHINTON.
ITEM 4. I give, devise and bequeath the old rocking
chair currently located in the living room to DORIS SHINTON.
ITEM 5. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of One
Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($1,000.00) each to the following
named nieces and nephews: CARUL SHIN'l'OIl; DORIS SHINTON; ROBERT
SHUEY; THOMAS SHUEY; and JOHN SHUEY. In the event that any of
the above named individuals predecease me, I direct that their
share shall lapse.
ITEM 6. I then give, devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and rema.inder of my estate, of every character and
description, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate to THE
CUMMISSION ON WORLD MISSIONS, CHURCHES OF GOD, GENERAL CONFERENCE
with a current addross of Box 926, Findlay, OH 45839, which is to
be used for their purposes at their discretion.
ITEM 7. I nominate, constitute and appoint CAROL
SHINTON, Executrix of this my Last will and Testament. Should
she be deceased, fail to qualify or cease to act, I then
nominate, constitute and appoint ROBERT SHUEY as substitute
Executor in her stead.
ITEM 8. Neither my Executrix nor any of her successors
nor any Trustee named herein shall be required to furnish bond
in any jurisdiction for serving in any capacity designated
herein.

I, EVELYN C. SHUEY, of the Borough of Millersville,

sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby
make, publish and declare the following to be my Last Will and
Testament and hereby revoke and make void any and all former
testamentary dispositions made by me.
ITEM 1. I order and direct my hereinafter named
Executrix to payout of my estate all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon as can be conveniently done after my decease.
ITEM 2. All estate and inheritance taxes which may
become payable by reason of my death with respect to any proper~y
comprising my gross estate for tax purposes, whether or not such
property passes under this my Will and whether Federal or State,
with any interest or penalty assessed thereon, shall be paid out
of. the principal of my estate, just as if such taxes were my
debts; and no person shall be required to refund or to reimburse
cny part thereof. Taxes on future interests and remainders may

ITEM 3. I give, devise and bequeath the old bookcase
with glass front currently located in the living room to CAROL
SHINTON.
ITEM 4. I give, devise and bequeath the old rocking
chair currently located in the living room to DORIS SHINTON.
ITEM 5. I give, devise and bequeath the sum of One
Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($1,000.00) each to the following
named nieces and nephews: CAROL SH IN'l'(Jll; DORIS SHINTON; ROBERT
SHUEY; THOMAS SHUEY; and JOHN SHUEY. In the event that any of
the above named individuals predecease me, I direct that their
share shall lapse.
ITEM 6. I then give, devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate, of every character and
description, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate to THE
COMMISSION ON WORLD MISSIONS, CHURCHES OF GOD, GENERAL CONFERENCE
with a current address of Box 926, Findlay, OH 45839, which is to
be used for their purposes at their discretion.
ITEM 7. I nominate, constitute and appoint CAROL
SHINTON, Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. Should
she be deceased, fail to qualify or cease to act, I then
nominate, constitute and appoint ROBERT SHUEY as substitute
Executor in her stead.
ITEM 8. Neithe~ my Executrix nor any of her successors
nor any Trustee named herein shall be required to furnish bond
in any jurisdiction for serving in any capacity designated
herein.
