and testament, hereby expressly revoking all wills and codicils
heretofore made by me,
1. I direct my executor to pay all of my debts, funeral
and administrative expenses as soon as may be done conveniently
after my decease,
2. I authorize and empower my executor to sell any realty
owned by me at my death and not specifically devised or bequeathed
herein, at either public or private sale, and to give good and
sufficient deeds therefor, in fee simple, as I could do if living,
3, I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature
and wherever situate to my husband, D. Neal Reed, providing he
shall survive me by sixty days.

was 2,927,376 shares, at a price of $14,70 per share, To determine
the value of all the shares owned, simply multiply the price per
share by the total number of shares owned, giving this account a
value of $43,032,43 on that date, Also, please note that this
account was held in the single name of Sarah E, Reed,
You may tranSfer/redeem shares from the name of the decedent to the
heirs or legal representative by providing the following
information:
1) A notarized Affidavit of Domicile, indicating the state of
residence of the decedent at the time of death. This document must
refer to the decedent exactly as their name appears in the account
registration,
2) A letter of instruction signed by the legal representative(s)
and signature guaranteed. The representative(s) must sign as the
