disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this
for and as my Last will and Testament hereby revoking any and all
wills or Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I -
I give and bequeath the sum of $10,000.00 to
the building fund of my church, MT. OLIVET UNITED METHODIST CHURCH,
Mechanicsburg, pennsylvania, 17055.
ITEM II -
I give and bequeath all of my antique and old
furniture to my niece, DIANE E. GLANCEY.

equal one-fifth (1/5) shares to the following persons:
my nephew, RICHARD C. RUPP
my nephew, ROBERT P. RUPP
my niece, CYNTHIA A. CROMAN
my niece, DIANE E. GLANCEY
my brother, HERBERT G. RUPP, JR.
ITEM VII - No interest of any beneficiary under this Will
or any Codicil hereto shall be subject to anticipation or to
voluntary or involuntary alienation.
ITEM VIII - I name as my Executor, my brother, HERBERT G.
RUPP, JR. In the event HERBERT G. RUPP, JR., predeceases me, I
name as my successor Executor, my nephew, RICHARD C. RUPP.
ITEM IX - I give to my Executor or to my successor
Executor the power to sell real estate and all of the powers now

applicable by law to fiduciaries in the commonwealth of
Pennsylvania and in particular, to the Pennsylvania Probate, Estate
and Fiduciaries Code, as effective and as in effect on the date
hereof, during the administration and until the completion of the
distribution of my Estate.
ITEM X - All estate, inheritance, succession and other death
taxes imposed or payable by reason of my death and interest and
penalties thereon with respect to all property comprising my gross
estate for death tax purposes, whether or not such property passes
under this Will, shall be paid out of the residue of my Estate, as
if such taxes were expenses of administration,
without
apportionment or right of reimbursement. I authorize my Executor
to pay all such taxes at such time or times as deemed advisable.
