I, JOSEPH R. KREIDER, of the Borough of Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby Tevoking and making
void any and all other Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:
I dlTect that my Executrix/Executor hereinafter named comply with burial and
other detailed Instructions provided as attachments herewith, and make prompt payment of all my
just debts, Including but not limited to payment for services provided on my behalf by any of my
friends, relatives or other Individuals, and all funeTal expenses, as expeditiously as possible after
my death as may be convenient to my Executrix/Executor, In accordance with Instructions I have
given. I direct that all taxes which may be assessed In consequence of my death of whatever
nature and by whatever jurisdiction Imposed shall be paid out of my estate as a part of the
administration of my estate.
SECOND: I direct that my Executrix/Executor arrange for procurement/Installation of and
payment for, a bTonze marker on my gTave, the type and description of which has been lodged
with my ExecutTix/Executor In separate Instructions provided herewith.
THIRD:
I hereby give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, whether personal, real, or mixed, and wheresoeveT situate at the time of my death, to my
wife, LAURA GREENAWALT KREIDER, absolutely, provided she survives me by thirty (30) days.

FOURTH: In the event my wife, LAURA GREENAWALT KREIDER, falls to survive me
by thirty (30) days, I make the following additional provisions:
a. My Executor will maintain in effect all Insurance Policies pertaining to
the pToperty at 930 Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, or Tenew as
necessary, until such time as final settlement of the estate is made or the property
is sold.
b. My Executor will establish an account Into which all monies realized
as a result of the settlement of this Estate will be deposited, and from which all
proper dlsbursBment will be made and recorded until provisions of this Will have
been complied with.
c. I authoTize and direct the Executor hereinafter named to give any
personal effects, Including family records, trinkets, pictures, scrap books, albums,
Jewelry, silverware, dishes, antiques, clothing or any other Items to such person or
persons who are my relatives as may desire to have them. Such relatives shall be
advised of this fact by the Executor In writing or by telephone.
NOTE: FAMILY photos, movies, slides, videos, scrap books, or
albums will be offered to reletlves ONLY. If relatives have no interest
In such Items, the items will be DESTROYED, NOT SOLD.
A list of relatives to whom I wish such notice to be given has been lodged with my
Executor In separate Instructions provided herewith.
The Executor shall have full discretion as to the manner of selection by each, but
shall not be charged with any obligation to make equal distribution.

Any clothing which Is not of Interest to relatives or which cannot be disposed of shall
be donated to any of the following organizations:
1. The Salvation Army;
2. The Volunteers of America;
3. The Bethesda Mission;
4. Goodwill Industries
5. Any local benevolent organization which might have use for
such Items.
d. I further direct my Executor to make arrangements with Roiling Green
Cemetery, Camp Hili, Pennsylvania, to provide for a single floral arrangement to be
placed on the graves In Block E, Section 443 (KREIDER) In perpetuity on Easter and
Memorial Day, and for a single wreath to be placed on said lot In perpetuity at the
beginning of the ChTlstmas Season, making payment of sufficient funds Into existing
Trust established by the controlling organization of the Cemetery so as to cover the
cost of such flowers/wreaths. this provision will be complied with only If a similar
provision found In the Will of my wife, LAURA GREENAWALT KREIDER, has not
be complied with.
e. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whateveT nature or
kind, I direct my Executor hereinafter named to expeditiously convert Into cash and
to divide my residuary estate among the following named persons or organizations
and In the percentages as set forth below:
1. Five (5%) percent to THE WEST SHORE BAPTIST CHURCH,
Market Street, Camp Hili, Pennsylvania;
2. Five (5%) percent to ST. THERESA CATHOLIC CHURCH, Bridge
Street, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania;
3. Five (5%) percent to VOLUNTEERS OF AMERICA, 2112
Walnut Street, HaTrlsburg, Pennsylvania;

17. Ten (10%) percent to ANNA MAE (GORE) CRAWFORD, 201

18. Two (2%) percent to MR. THOMAS E. LEWIS, 508 Nauvoo
Road, Lewlsberry, Pennsylvania;
19. Two (2%) percent to DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS,
P. O. Box, Cincinnati, Ohio 45250-0301; and
20. Two (2%) percent to TEEN CHALLENGE TRAINING CENTER,
P. O. Box 98, Rehrersburg, Pennsylvania 19550-9989.
If any of the beneficlaTles above-named, EXCEe.I MR. AND MRS. ROBERT
GREENAWALT and FRANK GREENAWALT, are no longer in existence or not living
at the time of my death, or if ANNA MAE (GORE) CRAWFORD Is married at the
time of my death, I direct that the shaTe designated for such non-existent, deceased,
or maTried beneficiary shall be distTibuted equally among the remaining
organizations or Individuals above. Should MR. AND MRS. ROBERT
GREENAWALT or FRANK GREENAWALT be deceased, that share shall go to the
survivor. Should all three be deceased, the shares shall be divided equally among
the remaining beneficiaries.
FIFTH:
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, LAURA GREENAWALT
KREIDER, to be the Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament. Should my wife, LAURA
GREENAWALT KREIDER, be deceased or unable to so act, I nominate, constitute and appoint
DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, and its successors, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania, to act as Executor.
Should my wife, LAURA GREENAWALT KREIDER, while acting as my
Executrix, die or be unable to act prior to final settlement of my Estate, I appoint DAUPHIN

as Executor to complete such settlement.

LAURA GREENAWALT KREIDER, while she Is acting as my executrix; OT (2) acting as my
designated Emergency Addressee, pTovlde any notification of my death or Incapacity to my wife,
LAURA GREENAWALT KREIDER, or to DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY,
as appropriate, and act as Legal Counsel when DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST
COMPANY performs as my Executor.
