I, LOLA F. WILHELM, of thc City of Harrisburg, County of
Dauphin and Statc of Pcnnsylvania, bcing of sound mind, memory und
understunding, do makc this my Lust Will lInd Tcstumcnt, hcrcby
rcvoking ull wills herctoforc by mc madc.
FIRST: I dircct that the expenses of my last illncss and
funcral shall bc paid by my Exccutors as soon aftcr my dcccasc as
may be convenient.
1. I direct my Executors to payout of my estate
thc cost of thc perpctual care and maintenance of the burial plot
in which I shall be buried, should arrangcmcnts for the same not
have been concluded and paid for by mc prior to my death and also
the cost of an appropriate tombstonc.
SECOND: All the rest, rcsidue and remainder of my estatc,
real, personal and mixed of whatsoever nature and wheresoever
situate I give, devise and bequeath in equal shares to my children,
MARY SNYDER and RICHARD L. WILHELM. In the event that eithcr or
both of said children shall predecease me, then I direct that the
share that such child would have taken shall go to the children
of such child, per capita, as each of such grandchildren of mine
shall attain the age of twenty-one (21) years, such shares to bc
held by my surviving Executor as Guardian and Trustee of the
estates of such grandchildren during their respective minorities.
THIRD: The Guardian and Trustee herein appointed shall
hold IN TRUST thc share of any minor beneficiary and he or she
in his or her uncontrolled discretion may apply the whole or any
part of the income for the benefit of such bcne fic iary; hc or she
may expend the whole or tiny part of the income or principal for
the education and comfortable support of such beneficiary; he or
she may retain and invest and reinvest the whole or any part of
the income or principal or accumulated income in such investments
and securities, including but not limited to common und preferred
shares of corporations, as he or she shall deem prudent, without
restriction to legal investments for fiduciaries, and from time
to time payor expend the whole or any part thereof in the manner
hereinbefore provided until such beneficiary attains his or her
majority, and thereupon pay the balance then remaining to such
beneficiary absolutely.
FOURTH: I authorize and empower my Executors and GlUIrdian
and Trustee, to hold and retain as investments of my cstate pending
distribution hercunder all investments, securities and other

be included in my estate, to sell und dispoBe of -- for the
purpose o( paying my debts, (or muking distribution or (or any
other purpose whatsoever -- Llny or ull o( such investments, secu-
rities and property, real und personlll, either at public or private
sale, (or such price and on such terms as my Executors and Guardian
and Trustee shall deem proper, to make, execute and deliver all
assignments, transfers and other legal instruments either necessary
or convenient for pUllfdng the title and' I-mership thereto, freed
and discharged of all trusts, without any liability all the pur-
chaser to see to the application of the purchase money. My
Executors and Guardian and Trustee may make distribution of my
estate in kind according to his or her abflolnte discretion and
at such valuation as he or she shall propet-ly efltablish therefor.

FIFTH: I direct that all legnc :.eb and all shares and
interests in my estate whether prine. '01 or income, while in the

tract, nbligation or liability of any legatee or beneficiary, and
shall not be subject to pledge, assignment, conveyance or anticipa-
tion; and the personal receipt by such legatee or beneficiary shall
be the sufficient and only discharge of my Executors and Guardian
and Trustee.

SIXTH: I direct that all estate, inheritance, and succes-
sion taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of
whatsoever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed shall be
paid out of the principal of my general estate to the same effect
as if said taxes were expenses of administration; and all property,
includible in my taxable estate, whether or not pussing under this
my Will, sha 11 be free nnd clear thereof.
SEVEm'H: I nominate, constitute and Llppoint my children,
MARY SNYDER and RICHARD L. WILHELM, Executors of this my Will.
In the event that either o( such Executors fails to serve or to
continue to serve as such I direct that the other of them shall
become the sole Executor. In the event that both of such Executors
fail to serve or to continue to serve as such I direct that ItARRIS-
BURG TRUST COMPANY, its successors and assigns, shall became
the successor Executor and also the successor Trustee and Guardian.
I direct that my fiduciaries shall not be required to enter
security in any jurisdiction in which he, she or it may act.

LAST WILL AND TESTA}lENT
I, LOU F. \HLHELN, of the City of Harrisburg, County of
Dauphin and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and
understanding, do make this my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking all wills heretofore by me made.
FIRST: I direct that the expenses of my last illness and
funeral shall be paid by my Executors as soon after my decease as
may be convenient.
1. I direct my Executors to payout of my estate
the cost of the perpetual care and maintenance of the burial plot
in which I shall be buried, should arrangements for the same not
have been concluded and paid for by me prior to my death and also
the cost of an appropriate tombstone.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
real, personal and mixed of whatsoever nature and wheresoever
situate I give, devise and bequeath in equal shares to my children,
NARY SNYDER and RICHARD L. WILHELM. In the event that either or
both of said children shall predecease me, then I direct that the
share that such child \~ould have taken shall go to the children
of such child, per capita, as each of such grandchildren of mine
shall attain the age of twenty-one (21) years, such shores to be
held by my surviving Executor as Guardian and Trustee of the
estates of such grandchildren during their respective minorities.
THIRD: The Guardian and Trustee herein appointed shall
hold IN TRUST the share of any minor beneficiary and he or she
in his or her uncontrolled discretion may apply the whole or any
part of the income for the benefit of such beneficinry; he or she
may expend the whole or any part of the income or principal for
the education and comfortable support of such beneficiary; he or
she may retain and invest and reinvest the whole or. uny part of
the income or principal or accumulated income in such investments
and securities, including but not limited to COllUl\On and pr.eferred
shares of corporations, us he or she shall deem prudent, \~ithout
restriction to legal investments for fiduciaries, and from time
to time payor expend the \~hole or any part thereof in the manner
hereinbefore provided until such beneficiary attuins his or her
majority, und thereupon pay the balance then remaining to such
beneficiary absolutely.
FOURTH: 1 authorize and empower my Executors and Guardian
and Trustee, to holel and retain as investments of my estate pending
distrib.ltion hereunder all investments, securities and other
property, real Hnd personal, \~hich shall 'It the time of my death
be included in my estHte, to aell and diapone o[ -- for the
purpose of paying my debtn, f01' making dl.!itribution or for any
other purpose whatsoever -- 'lilY or ,Ill o[ !iuch inveHtments, secu-

sale, for such price 'lIld on nuch termn as my I~xecutors and Guardian
and Trustee shull deem proper, to make, execute and deliver all

and discharged of all trusts, without any liability on the pur-
chaser to see to the application of the purcha5e money. H}'
Executors and Guardian and Trustee may make di.stribution of my
estate in kind according to his or her absolute discretion and
at such valuation as he or she shall properly establish therefor.
FIFTH: I direct that all legacies and all shares and
interests in my estate whether principal or income, \~hile in the
hands of my Executors and Guardian and Trustee, shall not be sub-
joct to attachment, e}:ecution or sequestration for any debt, con-
tract, obligation or liability of any legatee or beneficiary, and
shall not be subject to pledge, assignment, conveyance or anticipa-
tion; and the personal receipt by such legatee or beneficiary shall
be the sufficient and only discharge of my Executors and Guardian
and Trustee.
SIXTH: I direct that all estate, inheritance, and ~lucces-
sion taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my deuth, of
whatsoever nuture and by \~hatever jurisdiction imposed shllll be
paid out of the principal of my general estate to the sume effect
as if said taxes were expenses of administration; and all property,
includible in my taxable estate, whether or not passing under this
my Will, shall be free and clear thereof.
SEVENTH: I nominute, constitute and appoint my children,
MARY SNYDER und RICHARD L. \HLHEllol, Executors of this my \.rill.
In the event that either of such Executors faib to serve or to
continue to serve as such I direct that the other of them shall
become the sole Executor. In the event thut both of such Executors
fail to serve or to continue to Herve us such I direct that HARRIS-
