his wife, namely CIlARLES E. WIRE and HENRIETTA M.
WIRE, or unto the survivor of them in the event of
the death of either, absolutely and in fee simple.
LASTLY. I nominate, constitute "nd appoint my nephew,
namely, CHARLES E, WIRE, to be the Executor of this, my Last
will and Testament, but if for any reason he should fail to
qualify as such Executor or cease so to serve, then and in that
event, I nominate, constitute and appoint his wife, namely,
HENRIETTA M. WIRE, to be the Executrix hereof, each to serve
without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, NELLIE I. SWANGER, have hereunto
set my hand and seal to this, my Last Will and Testament which
consists of four (4) typewritten pages to each of which I have
affixed my signature this 13th day of November, A.D., One
