ITEM 1: 1 deviee and bequeath all of my estate of every nature
and wherever situate to my wife, BERDINE C. SNYDER, if she survives me by
thirty (30) days.
ITEM II: Should my wife, BERDINE C. SNYDER, fail to survive me by
thirty (30) dsys, 1 devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature
and wherever situate to my son, WALTER DENNIS SNYDER, or to his issue, per
