County of Cumberland, PennsYlvania, being of sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding I do hereby make, publish and
declare this my Last Will and Testament.

I direct the payment of all my just debts and Jllneral
expenses as Soon after my decease as the same can conveniently be
done.
2.
I direct that there shall be paid out of my residuary estate
all estate, inheritance and like taxes together with any interest
or penalty thereon imposed by the Government of the United
States, or any state or territory thereOf, or by any foreign
government or Political SUbdivision thereof, in respect to all
property required to be included in my gross estate for estate,
inheritance or like tax purposes by any of sUch governments,
whether the property passes under this will or otherwise.

In the event she should for any reason be unable to act as such,
I nominate my brother, GORDON A. FILEPAS to be the Executor in
her place and stead. I further direct that no bond or other
security be required of my personal representative to guarantee
faithful performance of her or his duties.

To the Honorable, the judges of said court:
The Petition of Jennie D. Filepas respectfully represents:
1. Your petitioner is Jennie D. Filepas, 2030 Clarendon
street, camp Hill, PA 17011, mother of decedent and Executrix of
his Last Will and Testament.
2. Gregory M. Filepas, who resided at 329 Market street,
New cumberland, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, died October 8,
1995.
3. Decedent died testate and Letters Testamentary were
granted on the estate to Jennie D. Filepas November 17, 1995; no
bond was required of the Executrix.
4. The sole beneficiary of his estate was his mother, Jennie
D. Filepas, an adult individual.
5. No one is entitled to the family exemption.
6. Decedent's estate consisted of personal property only,
as follows:

claimants as set forth above; your petitioner proposes that the
Class 6 creditors shall not be paid.
10. The decedent's will and a certificate showing status of
payment of the inheritance tax together with an itemized list of
disbursements is attached as an exhibit.

make an order authorizing payment only of the Class 1 and Class 3
creditors pursuant to PS C.S.A. 3392.

You are hereby notified that the enclosed petition of Jennie
D. Filepas, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Gregory
M. Filepas, deceased I will be filed in the Orphans I Court of
Cumberland county I carlisle, Pennsylvania on March 7, 1997. This
petition is filed pursuant of Section 3102 of the Probate Estates
and Fidicuary Code and if confirmed will result in payment of the
claims of the claimants listed in Paragraph 7 (a) of the petition
and the claimants listed in Paragraph 7 (b) will not be paid as
there are insufficient funds in this estate for this purpose.
