SHERMAN Executor " -9- .' .' ',' . PROPOSED SCHEDULE OF DISTRIBUTION The decedent, Hazel L. Sherman, died on November 10, 1995. She was unmarried at the time of her death, and she had no issue. Her last Will by which she disposed of her entire estate was executed May 17, 1991. The decedent was survived by three brothers: Dean S. Sherman, Chester D. Sherman, and Paul L. Sherman. A fourth brother, Harold D. Sherman, had predeceased the decedent prior to the execution of her Will. Harold D. Sherman was the father of three children, Michael L. Ware, Jack E. Sherman, and Cheryl E. Hoerner, each of whom survived the decedent. However, two of these children, Michael L. Ware and Cheryl E. Hoerner, were adopted many years ago, and the decedent maintained no family relationship with them. It is the conclusion of your Accountant that pursuant to the provisions of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code, Section 2100, 20 Pa.C.S. Section 2108, these two individuals are no longer the legal issue of Harold D. Sherman. Accordingly, they are not entitled to any share in the decedent's estale. The decedent was also survived by a niece, Darlene Dumm, and by a nephew, Barry Sherman. Pursuant to Item II of the Will, the sum of $1,000.00 was bequeathed to the Church of God of Landisburg. This bequest has been paid in full, and a Receipt and Release evidencing this payment was filed with this Honorable Court on May 29, 1996. Pursuant to Item III and Item IV of the Will, the decedent disposed of the remainder of her estate in five equal shares. One share WilS left to each of her three surviving brothers.
