I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate as follows:
A, One.half (1/2) thereof to my daughter. KAREN K,
CORVELEYN. In the event that she has predeceased me,
her share shall be distributed to her husband. DANIEL M.
CORVELEYN, to be held by him in separate trusts for
their children, AMY E. CORVELEYN and GRAlG P.
CORVELEYN. Trustee shall accumulate the Income and
distribute the principal and any accumulated and
undistributed income of each trust 10 the beneficiary of that
trust when that grandchild reaches the age of twenty-five
(25) years, Provided, however. that Trustee may pay to
such beneficiary or apply directly for his or her benefit so
much of the principal and Income of his or her trust as
Trustee may, from time to time, think advisab!-cl for his or
her suppon and education (Including college education, both
graduate and undergraduate), or during Illness or
emergency, after taking Into consideration said beneficiary's
other readily available assets and sources of income. In the
event of the death of Trustee, Mellon Bank, N.A.,
Nonheast Region, 814 Main Street, Stroudsburg,
Pennsylvania 18360, shall serve as successor Trustee.
