LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
CHARLES U. MOWERY
I, CHARLES U. MOWERY, of Middlesex Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, make this Will, revoking all my former
wills and codicils.
ITEM I: I direct that all my just debts, funeral
expenses, and administration expenses, including my grave marker,
shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as practicable
after my decease.
ITEM II: I bequeath to my son, CHARLES U. MOWERY, JR.,
my membership in the Old Town Run Mountain Lodge.
ITEM III: I devise and bequeath all of the residue of
my estate, of every nature and wherever situate, to my wife,
MARGARET L. MOWERY, providing she shall survive me by thirty (30)
days.
ITEM IV: Should my wife, MARGARET L. MOWERY,
predecease me or die on or before the thirthieth day following my
death, I bequeath the following amounts or items herein specified
to each of the fOllowing-named beneficiaries who survive me.
a. To my daughter, BEVERLY A. EVERETT, the sum of
Thirty Thousand and nO/lOO ($30,000.00) Dollars;
b. To my daughter, DEBORAH A. WALKER, the sum of
Thirty Thousand and nO/lOO ($30,000.00) Dollars;
c. To my daughter, MARY ANN REESE, the sum of Thirty
Thousand and nO/100 ($30,000.00) Dollars
Each bequest to a beneficiary who does not survive me
shall be distributed to such beneficiary's issue, per stirpes,
who survive me.
ITEM V: Should my wife, MARGARET L. MOWERY,
predecease me or die on or before the thirthieth day following my
death, I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate, of every
nature and wherever situate, in equal shares to my four children,
namely BEVERLY A. EVERETT, DEBORAH A. WALKER, MARY ANN REESE, and
CHARLES U. MOWERY, JR., or their issue, per stirpes.

ITEM VII I direct that all taxes which may be assessed
in consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever
jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a
part of the expense of the administration of my estate.

Executrix of this, my Last will. Should my wife, MARGARET L.
MOWERY, fail to qualify or cease to act as Executrix, I appoint
my daughter, BEVERLY A. EVERETT Executrix of this, my Last will.
