AND NOW, this

consideration of the Petition heretofore filed by Pamela M. Doney,
it is hereby ordered and decreed:
1. That the Petitioner is authorized to sell the 198 shares
of the Madison Fund Inc., Santa Fe Energy Resources or
other name Madison Fund Inc. has acquired and to execute
any and all documents necessary to effectuate said sale;
2. That the Petitioner is entitled to receive the proceeds
from the sale of said shares referred to hereinabove and
distribute said proceeds to her as sole beneficiary of
the decedent's estate.
Sale and distribution are accordingly Decreed and Pamela M.
Doney, the Petitioner, is hereby authorized to sell, receive and
distribute the property as hereinbefore setforth.

PETITION FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF A SMALL ESTATE
IN ACCORDANCE WITH 20 PA C.S.A. SECTION 3102
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT,
The Petition of Pamela M. Doney respectfully represents:
1. That she resides at 9 Persimmon Drive, Boiling springs,
Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, and is the daughter of the
decedent, Helen Sobottka.
2. That the decedent, Helen Sobottka, died on January 25,
1993, and at the time of her death was a resident of Leader Nursing
and Rehabilitation center, 940 Walnut Bottom Road, Carlisle,
Cumberland county, Pennsylvania.
3. That the decedent died testate. A copy of her Last Will
and Testament is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated
herein by reference.
4. That the said Helen Sobottka left surviving her the
following person entitled to share in her estate:
A. Pamela M. Doney
Relationship to decertent: daughter
Pamela M. Doney has nut received or retained property by way
of payment of wages, sala~y or vacation benefits as set forth in 20
Pa. C.S.A. Sec. 3101.
5. That no person is entitled to the Family Exemption.

6. That the gross value of the personal estate of the
decedent does not exceed $25,000.00.
7. That the property of the decedent and the values of the
several items thereof are as follows:
A. 198 Shares of Madison Fund Inc. having an estimated value
of $800.00.
8. That the Madison Fund Inc. has merged into another
company, the identity of which has not been confirmed but which is
believed to be Santa Fe Energy Resources.
9. That the names of all unpaid claimants of whom the
petitioner has notice or knowledge are:
A. None
10. That a schedule of assets and deductions for inheritance
tax purposes will be filed with the Register of Wills; inheritance
tax assessed in the amount of $ -0-.
11. That the petitioner, as sole heir of Helen Sobottka,
hereby consents to waive any requirement of prior written notice of
the intention to file such petition. copy of the Waiver and
consent are attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein
by reference.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that the court direct distribution
of the property of the said Helen Sobottka in the following manner:
That the 198 shares of Madison Fund Inc., Santa Fe Energy
Resources, or other name that Madison Fund Inc. has acquired be
