LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
HELEN G. SQUIRES
I, Helen G. Squires, of 224 West King, Shlppensburg, cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory, and
understanding, do hereby declare this as and for my last will and
testament hereby revoking all wills and codicils previously made by me.
FIRST
I direct payment of my debts and expenses of my last Illness and
funeral from my estate as soon after my death as conveniently may be
done.
SECOND
I give and devise my real estate located at 224, 226, 237, and 239
West King Street, Shlppensburg, Pennsylvania, unto my grandson and his
wife, John M. Squires and JoAnn G, Squires.
THIRD

\ I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate, unto my granddaughter and her husband, Joan H. Squires and
Thomas Fay.
FOURTH
I direct thRt any and all Inheritance. Estate and Transfer Taxes
Imposed upon my estate passing under my will or otherwise, shall be paid
out of the principal of my residuary estate.
FIFTH

In addition to the powers conferred by law, I authorize my personal
representative in their absolute discretion:
A, To retain In the form received, and to sell either at public sale or private
sale any real or personal property,
B, To manage real estate.
C. To Invest and reinvest In all forms of property without being confined to
legal Investments, and without regard to the principle of diversification.

SIXTH
I appoint Dauphin Deposit Bank, Shlppensburg, Pennsylvania,
guardian and trustee of any Intangible personal property or the proceeds
of sale of real or tangible personal property, Including, but not limited to all
proceeds of Insurance on my life, which passes to a person under the age
of twenty-five (25) years and with respect to which I am authorized to
appoint a guardian or trustee and have not otherwise specifically done so,
In addlllon to the powers given by law, I authorize the guardian/trustee (a)
to use such amounts of both Income and principal as it in Its sole
dlscrellon, deems proper for the support. educallon and welfare of such
minor or beneficiary without leave of any court, and (b) to invest in any
property without restricllon to legal investments. The guardian/trustee
shall not be required to give bond or furnish sureties In any jurisdlcllon,
hereby direct upon any beneficiary attaining 18 years of age that the
guardian shall hold the funds in trust for any such minor or any other
beneficiary under the age of twenty-five (25) years untIl such minor or
beneficiary attains the age of twenty-five (25) years, and that all bequests
to a minor, or all funds passing to a minor under this last will and
testament, or any beneficiary under twenty-five shall be held by the
guardian as trustee of such funds until the said minor or beneficiary attains
the age of twenty-five (25).
SEVENTH
I nominate, constitute, and appoint my grandson, John M, Squires,
as Executor of this my last will and testament. In the event of the
renunciation, death, reslgnallon, or inability to act for any reason
whatsoever of my said grandson, I nominate, constitute and appoint my
grandson's wife, JoAnn G, Squires, Executor of this my last will and
testament. I hereby relieve my personal representallve from the necessity
of po sling security in connecllon with their dulles as such in any
jurisdlcllon In which they may be called upon to act Insofar as I am able by
law to do so,
