More fully described in the Cumberland county Recorder of Deeds Book #16, Page 73, the property has frontage of 28 feet, 4 inches and depth of 169 feet. The lot is improved with a two and one-half story frame, one-half double house which is covered with aluminum siding. Most exterior wood including soffits has been covered with alumi~um. Roofing is standing seam metal. The house is constructed on a stone foundation with no basement. The bath and wash room at the rear of the first floor are in an addition to the original house and have a concrete block foundation. The property is served by a well and public sewer. The house is heated by a kerosene space heater, and domestic hot water is from a gas hot water heater located in the kitchen. The first floor has living room, kitchen, bath, and wash room. The second floor includes three, interconnecting bedrooms. Access to the attic is through a hatch in one of the bedroom ceilings. A frame, one car garage with metal roof is at the rear of the lot. Based upon my personal investigation and findings, it is my opinion that the property as of November 10, 1995 warranted fair market value of Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($18,500.).
