I, Gladys W. Lehman, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg,
County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound
and disposIng mind, memory and understanding, do ma]<e, publish
and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby re-
voldng and mnlllng void all former wilb by me at any time hereto-
fore made.
1. I dIrect all my Just debts and funeral expenses to be
paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, I give,
devise nnd bequeath to my beloved husband, Bruce H. Lehman, to
his own use and benefit absolutely.
3. In the event, however, that my said husband should pre-
decease me, or as the result of a disaster cornmon to both of us
shou Id die a t about the same time ns I do or with In thi r ty days
from the date of my death, then I give, devise and bequeath my
estate to my three daughters, Gloria R. Halterman, Joyce L.
Finl<enbinder, and Sharon ]{. Lehman, in equal shares.
'1,. In the event that llny persons receiving shares in my
estate shall be minors, I hereby appoint my daughter Gloria R.
Halterman to be the guardian of the estates of such minor persons.
Said guardian shall have full discretionary authority to use
principal as well as income for the payment of maintenance, sup-
port, education, medical and hospital expenses of said minors.
5. And lastly, I nominate, constitute and appoint my snld
husbnnd, Bruce H. Lehman, to be the executor of this my last will
