LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, WILMER R. HOCKLEY, being of sound mind, memory and
understanding, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking all prior wills and codicils made at any
time before by me.
FIRST: I direct that all my funeral expenses and just debts
be paid as soon as practical after my death.
SECOND: I make the fallowing specific bequests to the
following persons:
a. One Half (1/2) of my Members First Account, being Number
105170HO, to my granddaughter, Barbara Ellen Hockley, and the
remaining one half (1/2) of those said funds to my daughter, cindy
Lou Hackley, per stirpes.
b. I give and bequeath my coin collection to my
granddaughter, Barbara Ellen Hackley.
c. I give and bequeath one antique telephone to my son,
Raymond A. Hockley, or his issue; if my said son or his issue do
not survive me, the said telephone is bequeathed to my daughter,
Cindy Lou Hockley, or her issue.
d. I give and bequeath one antique telephone to my daughter
Cindy Lou Hockley, or her issue; if my said daughter or her issue
do not survive me, the said telephone is bequeathed to my son,
Raymond A. Hockley, or his issue.
e. I give and bequeath my gun collection to my son, Raymond
A. Hockley, per stirpes.

f. I give and bequeath my jewelry, military memorabilia and
law enforcement memorabilia to my childrenr Raymond A. Hockley and
cindy Lou Hockley, share and share alike, or their issue per
stirpes. In the event that one of my said children, or his or her
issue, does not survive me, his or her ohare is bequeathed to the
child or child'S issue surviving me.
g. I give and bequeath any motor vehicle owned solely by me
at my death to my son, Raymond A. Hockley, or his issue.
h. I give and bequeath my camcorder to my daughter, Cindy LoU
Hockley, or her issue.
THIRD: The rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether
real or personal property and wherever situated, I give, devise and
bequeath to my wife, Constance W. Hockley.
FOURTH: In the event that my said wife should predecease me
or fails to survive mer I give, devise and bequeath my said
residuary estate, to my children, Raymond A. Hockley and cindy Lou
Hockley, share and share alike, and in the event that one of my
said children shall predecease me or fail to survive me, the share
of such deceased child shall pass to the child's issue per stirpes,
but if there be no such issue living, then the share of such child
shall be paid to my child then living or that child'S issue per
stirpes.
FIFTH: If my wife should predecease me or fails to survive
me, then in either of those said events, I direct that my sister-
in-law, Judith Everts, be given the right to the use and occupancy
of the apartment in which she resides for her life or until she
voluntarily surrenders her interest in the said property by leaving

for the personal representative have filed with the Register of Wills or Clerk of the Orphans' Court his,
her or its certification required by Rule 5.6(d), Supreme Court Orphans' Court Rule and that the requisite
notice. pursuant to Rule 5.6(e), Supreme Court Orphans' Court Rules, was given hy the Register of Wills
on March 26 , 19.23 and that the ten (10) day notice to file the certification has expired.
