OF THE OPEN DOOR; and
BEING the same premlses whlch Elmer H. Hinkle et ux by thelr
deed dated Mar 11, 1950, and r3corded In Deed Book 14 -H- 41),
granted and conveyed to H. W. Ha1r, R1chard Sharp and Ira W.
Mlller, Grantors herein;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the sald premlses and bulld1ngs thereon
erected, ln trust, so long as the same shall be contlnuously op-
erated as a Mlss1on, and ln the event thet the same shall be a-
bandoned as a M1ssion or shall fall to hold regular rellgious ser-
vices tor a period of one year, the said Trustees or their suc-
cessors in office shall deed the aforesaid property to the Carllsle
Chapter of the Salvatlon Army absolutely and without restrlctions
as to use.

And In the event th~t a vacancy she,ll occur In the Trusteeship
because of death, resignation, incapacity or for any other reason,
the remaining Trustees shall wlthln sixty days thereafter, by
mp.jor1ty vote, elect a successor to said Trusteeship. If the re-
malning Trustees are unable to select a successor by res son of a
tle vote or if for any reason they t'pil or reruse to select a
successor Trustee, the selection s~ll be mpde by a m~jority vote
of the members of the Mlsslon et 8 meetIng specIelly c~lled for
such purpose by the Pestor in charge of sald MIssion not later
than nlnety days after sald vecAncy occurs. .
In the event of damage or destruction of the Church ed1fice
by storm or fire the Trustees shall use the ~roteeds of the fire
Insurance to ~epalr or bulld a Church edifice on the aforesa1d
premIses.
