Construction of Landisburg, Pennsylvania,
for the erection of a story building upon a, lot of land situate
ALL that certain tract of land situate in Dickinson Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania conveyed to Owners by deed of
Joseph P. Wynn, dated June 27, 2003 and recorded in Cumberland
County Deed Book 258 at Page 2158.

ecution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the 8aid
Owners to the 8aid Contractor
to commence tDOrk on the said building, or purcha8e materia,ls for the same in consideration of
the making of the said contract with Bob Weaver Construction and the further
OOftMeration of One Dollar, to Contractor paid
by Owners , it i8 agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen
or any other perBOfl. for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials pur-
chased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
