Griffie and Debra A, Griffie, of 60 Victory Church Road, Gardners, Pennsylvania entered into a contract with Sigman'S Home Sales, Contractor, of 50 Bonnybrook Road, Carlisle, pennsylvania, to provide materials and perform labor necessary for the construction of a home, upon the following tract of land located in South Middleton Township, CUmberland County, Pennsylvania, more specifically described as follows, to wit: ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground together with the improvements erected thereon situate lying and being in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at an iron pin on the south side of the public road leading from the old Oxford Road to the Carlisle-Hanover Turnpike at its intersection with the western side of a lane; thence along the western side of said lane, South 26 1/4 degrees West, 6.7 rods to an iron pin on the western side of said lane; thence by lands now or formerly of Henry R. Grove, North 55 3/4 degrees West, 13.25 rods to an iron pin on the south side of said public road leading from the old Oxford Road to the carlisle-Hanover Turnpike; thence along the south side of said public road, South 84 degrees East, 14.0 rods to the iron pin on the south side of said public road, the place of BEGINNING. NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanics' lien for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof. This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the county Prothonotary within ten days after date, in accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided.
