Furthermore, as the mortgagors for the property, the Defendants are in a position to either specifically admit or deny their default and the date of their delinquency. 10. Plaintiff verifies in its Affidavit filed concurrently with this Motion that the Defendants are in default and includes the amounts necessary to hoth reinstate and payoff the account. 11. Upon Affidavit filed concurrently with this Motion, the status of the mortgage payments made to and received by Plaintiff is verified and reveals that Defendants are in default under the terms of the Mortgage and that no cure has been effected. 12.
