materials on this project shall look to and hold Contractor liable for
any services or materials they provide.

hold Owner harmless from all da~ages and liabili~ies, including
reasonable attorney fees, arising out of any violation of this
StipUlation Against Liens. In ord~r to give Owner full powor and
authority to protect himselt and Owner's pr~perty against any claia.

hereby authorizes Owner or any attorney of any court or the
Co~onwealth of Pennsylv~nla to appear for Contractor as Contractor's
attorney-in-tact with full a~thority to satisfy of record any and all
claims or liens filed by Ccntractor or any subcontractor or
materialman against this project or the real estate of Owner. A
reference to the filing n~ber where this StipulatIon has boen
recorded 1n the prothonotary's Office shall be a sufficient 8xhlbIt of
the authority of Contractor's attorr.ey-in-fact.
