4. The nature and character of the materials furnished pursuant to the
contract were all materials necessary for the erection and construction of the interior
renovations at Suite 210, including but not limited to removing two offices, constructing new
partitions with one door; constructing a new closet with a bi-fold door, painting and adding
carpet in the new space; as detailed in the proposal dated March 6, 1997. Claimant agreed
to furnish and install the building renovations as specified in the proposal dated March 6,
1997. The price charged for the materials and installation of the renovations, as set forth in
Exhibit "A," was $6,617.00.
5. The amount or sum claimed to be due to McCoy Bros., Inc. for tha labor.
goods. materials and structures is $6,617.00. plus interest at the legal rate on the unpaid
balance since April 18, 1997.
6. Claimant delivered the goods, materials. and structures in March through
April, 1997, and Claimant completed the erection and construction of the interior renovations
on April 18. 1997.
7. The labor. goods. materials and structures were continuously furnished
in and about the erection and construction of the interior renovations to 20 Erford Road, Suite
210 on the piece of ground with curtilage appurtenant thereto. constituting the premises
subject to the lien. situate at 20 Erford Road, Township of East Pennsboro. County of
Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and described in accordance with a survey
