Both Grantor and Grantee shall be authorized to procure an appraised value from a certified appraiser, and in the event the two said appraisals shall be within ten percent of the higher appraised value, the two appraisals shall be averaged to determine the purchase price. If said appraised values shall not be within the said ten percent of the other appraisal, the two appraisers shall select a third certified appraiser who shall appraise the property and fix the value of the purchase price. The cost of the appraisers shall be paid by the party appointing the appraiser: provided, however, that each party shall equally contribute to the cost of a third appraiser, if one is selected pursuant to the provisions of this paragraph. If Grantor cease. to have a Covenant relationship with the Brethren in Chri.t Church or its .uccessor entity, this reversionary interest .hall expire.
