5. Pursuant to Rule 1008(B) of the Rules of Civil Procedure
for District Justices, the court shall release appropriate funds
from the escrow account on a continuing basis to compensate the
landlord for the tenant's possession and expenses for the use of
the premises pending the outcome of the appeal.
WBERBFORB. Defendant, Tonia R. Slaseman respectfully requests
