The above erployer shall attach and deduct fran the wages of the above erployee
a sun not to exceed ten (10\) of the net wages per pay period of said erployee or a
sun not to place Bllployee's net incane below the J;XM!rty incane guidelines as provided
anr.uaily by the Federal Office of Managerrent and IU1get. whichever is less. "Net
wages" shall rrean all wages paid. less only the following iteJlll:

The amount of wages to be attached shall total $ 902.55 (plus costs)
The erployer shall send the attached wages to the Prothonotary. Cuttlerland County
Courtlxluse. 1 Courthouse Square. Carlisle, PA 17013. payable to Plaintiff-Creditor:
Kathryn H. Jones within fifteen (151 days fran the close
of the last pay period in each nunth. TIle employer shall be entitled to deduct fran
the wages collected fran the erployee pursuant hereto the costs incurred fran the
extra bookkeepin<J necessary to implenent the terms within the Writ of Attactr.1ent. not
exceeding $5.00 of the mnmt of the wages so deducted. If you. the erployer. all'!
served with more than one Writ of Attachment for damages arising out of a residential
lease against the 6a'lle erployee. then the wage attachments shall be satisfied in the
order in which said Writs of Attachment were served. Each prior wage attachment
shall be satisfied before any effect is given to a sub6equent attachment.
You shall not take any adverse action against the erployee solely because his
wages. salaries or amnissions have been attached. Violations rray result in (i) you
being adju:lged in contemr>t and ccmnitted to jaJ1 or fined by the court and (H) an
action against you by the l!I1llloyee for damagE'S.
Willful failure to ~ly with this Writ of Attactmmt may result in (i) you
being adju:lged in conterpt of court and amnitted to jail or fined by the court:
(H) ycu being held liable for any mnmt not withheld. or withheld but not f~
