She is also requesting some information regarding the Father's mental state. Mother is very much concerned about the child's well being in the Father's care because of the Father's instability. Father current has a protective order against him in favor of the Mother. In addition. the Father is under the supervision of the Cumberland County Probation Office as a result ofvarious charges which were filed against him which relate to the Mother as well. The Father is a juvenile. The Mother also relates that the Father had either attempted to commit suicide or made some statements concerning that and has some other mental health issues. Therefore, she wants to have supervised visitation to ensure that the child will be cared for properly while he is in the Father.s control. 6.
