\VenIta the telephone 10 call for help, Ihe defendant yanked it out of
her hand, When the plaintin' went oUlJlidc to leave and got into her
car, the defendant followed her and pulled the keys out of the
ignition causing the plaintitr to fear for her safety, The defendant
then slammed the ear door shut leaning against it preventing the
plaintiff from getting out that door, The plaintiff gal out the
pas.~er's door and walked 10 the Carlisle Poliee Slation, 111e
plaintiff got a ride back to the defendanl's rC!lidence and the North
Middleton Police assisted her in gelling her car ke~.s from the
defendant. When the plaintill' went to her car, she discovered that
there was motor oil poured o\'er the inside 01 her car.
Since this incident, the defendanl has Ielephoned the plaintilf
repeatedly and senl her OIl<: lell~T after being informeJ thaI the
plaintiff did not want any contact with her cau.sing the plaintiff to
fear for her safety,

forcetu1ly shoved the plaintitf with the palm.s of her hands causing

e. Since approximatcly 1985, the defendant has abused the

and stomach, shoved her inlo walls, and threw objects at her at
times hitting her with them,
