LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of ground situated in West pennsboro
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of the public road leading
from Elliottson to McAllister Church; thence along lands now or
late of Foster, North 60 degrees 15 minutes East a distance of
210 feet to a stake; thence by the same, South 14 degrees East a
distance of 100 feet to a stake; thence along land of Frank
Hockenberry, South 60 degrees 15 minutes West a distance of 202
feet, more or less, to a point in the center of the aforesaid
public road; thence by the center of said road, North 14 degrees
West a distance of 100 feet to the point of beginning.
CONTAINING 20,600 square feet, more or less, and being known
as Lot #162.
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING BUILDING AND USE RESTRICTIONS:
1. No activity which results in production of noxious smoke,
dust and fumes shall be permitted.
2. No trailers or double wide mobile homes shall be permitted.
3. No temporary housing such as trailers or tents.
4. No unlicensed vehicles are to be stored on the premises.
5. No livestock or farm animals of any kind shall be permitted.
6. Plans for home construction shall be reviewed and approved
by Sellers and approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Marlin L. Barrick, Anna Mae
Wickard and Paul L. Barrick, Executors of the Bstate of Leroy A.
Barrick, by Deed dated July 22, 1997 and recorded July 30, 1997
in the Recorder of Deeds Office in and for CUmberland County,
Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 161, Page 1036, granted and conveyed
unto David C. Bradley and Sharon A. Bradley, his wife.
