failed to maintain an adequate lookout;
failed to apply her brakes in a timely manner;
failed to maintain an assured clear distance between her vehicle and the Plaintitrs

violating the statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania pertaining to the

S. As a result of the carelessness, recklessness, and negligence of the Defendant Shambaugh,
the Plaintitrs vehicle was severely damaged in a total amount of $3,108.79.
WHEREFORE. the Plaintiff Shiny Star Trucking, lnc, demands judgment in its favor and against
Defendant Shambaugh in an amount of $3,10879 plus interest and costs as allowable by law.
