ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel and lot of land situate on the
east side of Twelfth street in the Borough of Lemoyne, County of
Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; being all that land
known as Lots 1, lA, 2, 2A and 3 on the Re-Subdivision Plan of
Lots 12 and 13 of Rosene Farm, recorded in Plan Book 69, Page 23,
being more fully bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern right-of-way line of Indiana
Avenue at a corner of lands now or formerly of Maude E.
Longnecker (Lot 14 of Masters Partition Plan of the Rosene Farm
of the Haldeman Estate); thence by said lands South forty-one
degrees thirty-eight minutes zero seconds East (S 41" 38' 00" E)
a distance of 642.45 feet to an iron pin on the northern right-
of-way line of Walnut Street (unopened); thence by said right-of-
way line South sixty-five degrees fifty-seven minutes zero
seconds West (S 650 57' 00" W) a distance of 119.87 feet to a
point on the western right-of-way line of Twelfth Street; thence
by said right-of-way line the following two courses and
distances: 1) by a curve to the left having a radius of 375.0~
feet and an arc distance of 52.31 feet, the chord of said curve
being North forty-five degrees twelve minutes fifty-one seconds
West (N 450 12' 51" W) a distance of 52.27 feet to an iron pin;
2) North forty-nine degrees twelve minutes thirty-nine seconds
West (N 490 12' 39" W) a distance of 582.14 feet to a point;
thence by a curve to the right having a radius of 30.00 feet and
an arc distance of 61.39 feet, the chord of said curve being
North nine degrees twenty-four minutes thirty-six seconds East (N
090 24' 36" E) a distance of 51,22 feet to a point on the
southern right-of-way line of Indiana Avenue; thence by said
right-of-way line North sixty-eight degrees one minute fifty-one
seconds East (N 680 01' 51" E) a distance of 164.03 feet to a
point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lots 1, lA, 2, 2A and 3 on a Resubdivision Plan of Lots 12
and 13 ot the Rosene Farm, recorded in Plan Book 69, Page 23.

granted and conveyed unto Agincourt Limited partnership,
Mortgagor herein.
