Affiant contacted these individuals, none of which were the right person.
3. Inquiry was made into the local telephone records of the Harrisburg erea, as well as the
Greater Pittsburgh/Allegheny County area. Neither directory assistance operators could provide a listing
for this particular George A. Meyer. Both directory assistance operators searched the entire Area Code
(7171 and (4121 for a listing.
4. The Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds' records indicate that George A. Meyer owns
no land in Cumberland County.
5. Inquiry was made via telephone of the Allegheny Recorder of Deeds' Office for land records
under the name of George A. Meyer. No indication of any current or prior ownership of land was found
in the Allegheny County Recorder of Deeds' Office for George A. Meyer.
6. Inquiry was made at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation regarding motor vehicle
registration and current address of George A, Meyer. The Department of Transportation records i~icated
that George A. Meyer hes one (1 I vehicle registered with the Pennsylvenie Department of Trensportetion.
The vehicle is registered to George A. Myer, 201 Gilliland Piece, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 15202, which
person as previously noted in paregraph 2, was not the correct individual. The aforementioned vehicle
is registered in joint nemes is e 1989 Ctvysler LeBeran. (See attached Exhibit "A" which is e Vehicle
Record Abstract from the Pennsyivania Department of Transportation.1
7. Request for change of addresa or box-holder information needed for MrVice of legal process
pursuant to 39 C.F.R. Part 285. was not submitted on behalf of my client. Affiant has no knowledge of
a last known address which is requirtd in requesting information pursuant to 31 C.F.R. Pert 26!i. et seq,
