The Defendant is hereby evicted therefrom
and prohibited from living at, entering, attempting to
enter, or visiting this residence or any other residence at
which the Plaintiff may reside during the term of this
order or until further Order of Court.
It is specifically noted this order does not
in any way affect title to any real property owned by the
parties.
The Defendant will make arrangements to pick
up personal property from the Plaintiff. His attorney,
Frank Arcuri, will submit a list of the property requested
to Attorney Allen Smith, and they will work to achieve a
mutually convenient time as to when the Defendant can
receive this property.

Road. York, Pa., 17404, to the Defendant, Isaac T. Emerson,
Sr., of 248 Posey Lane, Red Lion, Pa.
We note his Social Security number of
216-38-3839; his birth date of 3/31/41.
We send a copy to Attorney Allen Smith, to
Attorney Frank Arcuri, to York County Control, to the York
county Sheriff's Department, to the West Manchester
Township Police Department. and to the tcry. Co~nty
Treasurer's Office.
