STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
NOW, therefore, this agree:::ent witnesseth, that the said Contractor
for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to him in
hand paid by the said Owner, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
for himself, and his sUb-con~ractors, and all parties acting through
or under hi~, covenants and agrees tha~ no mechanics liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by him, the::: or any of them against

Independent covenant.
