GRIMES, Plaintiff AND ON BEHALF OF HER MINOR CHILD I TRAVIS GRIMES V. IN RB I INDIRECT CRIMINAL CONTEMPT ORDER OF COURT AND NOW, this 22nd day of October, 1997, James A. Batten having appeared in open court together with the Public Defender, William G. Braught, Esquire, on a citation charging indirect criminal contempt of our PFA order, and the Defendant having admitted the allegations of the petition in that he has continued to make telephone calls in violation of the order, we do find the petition to be supported beyond a reasonable doubt. Having found the Defendant to be in indirect criminal contempt, at the suggestion of the District Attorney, sentence of the Court is that the Defendant be placed on probation for a period of 6 months with supervision on condition that he pay the costs of prosecution associated with this case and that he abide by the restrictions of the PFA orders entered in this case, and in particular the consent order entered September 9th, 1997.
