CIVIL ACTION -- COMPLAINT IN MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE
1. The Plaintiff. Norwest Mortgage, Inc., is a corporation
having been organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey and
having its principal place of business at 7495 New Horizon Way,
Frederick, Maryland 21701.
2. (al Defendant David L. Karp is an individual whose last
known address is 521 Bridgeview Drive, Lemoyne. PA 17043.
(b) Defendant Michele Karp is an individual whose last
known address is 521 Bridgeview Drive, Lemoyne, PA 17043.
(c) Defendant David L. Karp holds an interest in the
subject property as both a real owner and mortgagor.
(d) Defendant Michele Karp holds an interest in the
subject property as both a real owner and mortgagor.
(e) If any of the above named Defendants are deceased,
this action shall proceed against the deceased Defendant's heirs,

STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the 13th of August, 1997, by and between
ROGER RUSSELL BUILDER
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
KEVIN W. MYERS & PAMELA M. CRESSLER,
hereinafter referred to as Owner,
whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single family residence on that
certain lot of ground known as:
ALL that certain lot of ground lying and being situate in the Township of South Newton, County of
Cumberland, Pennsylvania, referred to as Lot No.6. more particularly bounded and described in
accordance with Subdivision Plan entitled "Land Subdivision for High Mountain Estates., prepared
by Carl D. Bert, Professional Land Surveyor, which said subdivision plan has been approved by
the appropriate municipal authorities and is recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 65. page
126. as follows:
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH That the said Contractor, for and
in consideration of the sum of One and 00/100 Dollar ($100) to Contractor in hand paid by Owner.
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by
them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the ereclion and construction of the said bUildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor. for themselves, their subcontractors and others under
them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's
liens or claims against the said buildings or any of them. and agree that thiS instrument. waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant
