A WARD OF THE ARBITRATORS
The undersigned Arbitrators, who were duly appointed as the Hearing Panel to hear and detennine
an equitable resolution of a business dispute as defined in Article 14 of the Code of Ethics or as
further set forth in the Professional Standards Procedures as contained in the Bylaws of the
Association, and existing between:

Do hereby certify 1hat on the 5th day of June 1997. a1 the hour of 1:30 p.m., we proceeded to hear
the evidence of the parties to the said controversy, after ghing 21 days notice to each of the parties
in writing of the time and place of our first meeting. and having heard all of the evidence. proof, and
arguments of the respective parties of the Arbitration, a majority of the Panel does find and judge
that there is due and owning from REALTY Executh'es to Jack Gaughen, REALTOR. the sum
of Twenty-seven hundred, twenty-five dollars, (52725), which sum it is ordered that the said
REALTV Executins pay to Jack Gaughen, REALTOR, within 20 days of this date.
The deposits .of the parties will be used by the Association to cover the costs of the Arbitration
hearing. Any portion remaining after costs will divided equally among the parties.
This decision wu reached by a majority of the panel members who have signed the award below.
