THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said CONTRACTORS, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE ($1.00) Dollar to them in hand paid by OWNER, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all partl~9 i'I~tin~ throu~h or under them, rnveni'lnt Ann Agree t.hAt. no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them o[~ any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards. in. or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot Ilbove describ4!d. and the said . ALL that certain tract of land situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described ill accordance with a Plan prepared by Rodney Lee Decker, R,P.L.S" dated February 23, 1993 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 68, Page 37, BEGINNING at a point in northern dedicated right-of-way line of Lennon Lane at corner of Lot No, 34 on said plan; thence along Lot No. 34, North 15 degrees 53 minutes West 288.47 feet to a point; thence along other lands of Kimba, Inc., et aI, North 72 degrees 59 minutes 15 seconds East 449.50 feet to a point; thence along eastern dedicated right-of-way line of Sebastian Way, South 17 degrees 00 minutes 45 seconds East 178,75 feet to a point: thence along Sebastian Way by a curve to the right creating the intersection of Sebastian Way and Lennon Lane, having a radius of 30,00 feet and an arc distance of 47.12 feet to a point; thence along northern dedicated right-of-way line of Lennon Lane, South 72 degrees 59 minutes 15 seconds West 200.00 feet to a point; thence continuing along same by a curve to the left having a radius of 250.00 feet and arc distance of 150.00 feet to a point; thence still continuing along northern dedicated right -of -way line of Lennon Lane, by a curve to the right having a radius of 235.55 feet an arc distance of 92,00 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING, CONTAINING 101,441 square feet and designated as Lot 33 on the Plan of Sunrise Meadows. SUBJECT to building and use restrictions as set forth on Plan. BEING THB SAME REAL BSTATE WHICH HARMON GRAVES COMPANY and KIMBA, INC. , by deed dated March 26, 1997 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book 155, Page 525, granted and conveyed to BRADLEY ALAN ANTES and LESLIE ANNE SHAW, his wife. BEING KNOWN AS TAX PARCEL #40-11-0288-071 of the records of CUmberland County, Pennsylvania.
