4, The Prothonotnry of this Court shall transmit a certified copy ofthls ORDER
AND DECREE to the Otl1ce ofthe Recorder of Deeds where the same shall be recorded with
the oath required by Article 6 of the Constitution of Pennsylvania,
5. At such time as Dickinson Collegc shall no longer require the services of said
Appointce, a notice to that elrect under the Dickinson College corporate seal shall be filed
in the Otl1ce ofthe Recorder of Deeds, This inlormation shall be noted upon the margin of
the record where the ORDER AND DECREE were recorded, and thereupon the powers of
said Appointee shall terminate.
