(a) Failing to control hpr vphiclp adpquately in ordpr to avoid
running into thp rpar of thp vphlclp ahpad of hpr.
(b) Failurp to pay sufficient attpntion to avoid running into
vehicles ahead of hpr.
(c) Failure to maintain an adequatp distance bptwppn herself
and the vehicle ahead of her.
(d) Procpeding too quickly for the conditiotls then existing on
the roadway.
(e) Proceeding in excess of the 15 m.p,h. speed limit.
(f) Failing to observe the Savidge vehicle ahead of her.
(g) Failing to obey the Motor Vehicle Code in the respects cited
above.
(h) Failing to adequately control her vehicle.
7. After the accident. Ms. Floto, a teacher at an elementary
school near Cumberland Valley High School. after being informed of
the collision. told Ms. Savidge to "just go back to school". Ms. Floto,
at that time refused to provide identifying data.
6. Ms. Savidge refused to obpy Ms. Floto's order to "go back
to SChool" and instead followed her until she reached her dpstination
where she finally was able to obtain Ms. Floto's name and other limited
information.
g. Christine Savidge suffered serious injury in the accident
which continues to affect her,

deposition of Dr. Thomas Yucha, Plaintiff's medical expert, for use
at trial.
4. Dr. Yucha will not be available to give his deposition before
the start of the trial term.
