mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to UNITED
SAVINGS ASSOCIATION UF THE SOUTHWEST FSB which mortgage is
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of CUMBERLAND county,
in Mortgage Book No. 1013, Page 145. By Assignment of
Mortgage dated 6/1/91 the mortgage was assigned to A
MORTGAGE COMPANY which Assignment is recorded in Assignment
of Mortgage Book No. 419, Page 223. By Assignment of
Mortgage dated 6/25/91 the mortgage was assigned to MERRILL
LYNCH EQUITY MANAGEMENT which Assignment is recorded in
.lI.seignment of Mortgage Book No. 424, Page 576. By
Assignment of Mortgage dated 10/18/95 the mortg~ge was
assigned to PLAINTIFF which Assignment is recorded in
As.ignment of Mortgage Book No. 514, Page 1173.
4. The premises subject to said mortgage is described as
attached.
5. The mortgage is in default because monthly payments of
principal and interest upon said mortgage due 11/1/96 and
each month thereafter are due and unpaid, and by the term.
of said mortgage, upon default in such payments for a period
of one month, the entire principal balance and all interest
due thereon are collectible forthwith.
