alternating weekends, and alternating Tuesday and Thursday evenings such that in one week, liuher
shall have partial custody of the children on Tuesday evening and in the foilowing week on
Thursday evening, these ~~vening hours to be from 0.' 10 o'clock P M until 09 00 o'clock 11, M
Father shall be entitled '0 pal1ial custody of ,he children during summer vacaliontime as requested
by father with notice to mother. in writing. no later than the end of May each year The parties
agree Ihatthey shall both be able to spend Chrislmas vacation time with the children to be
discussed and agreed upon between ,he parties based upon mol her's work schedule and the school
vacalion schedule Mother and lather shall agree to split Christmas Day so that each parelll may
spend lime wilh the children The division oftillle of Christmas Day shall be in accordance with
mother's work schedule such that mother may spend time with the children during the hours she is
nol working Thanksgiving Day and Thanksgiving vacation from school shall be spent with mother,
4 Father shall have certain rights of visitation and partial custody with the
